Services Flow Chart or Process:
You as our client would contact us through email, phone or fax or may visit us personally. If your query is simple we may be able to provide relevant information to you in email or over phone. This is the first step in the process.
The second step is the Personal Meeting when you should bring in all the relevant documents, preferably in original, so that we can assess the same and guide you properly. It is important step as we have to assess the documents without which we may not be able to guide you properly. You have understand and accept the fact that each case is different and unique and in most cases the visa applications are decided on the basis of supporting documents and you do not get a chance of personal interview, when you can explain your case. We charge initial consulting fee because we have to spend time on studying your documents, on talking to you to explain the matter and sometimes we may even need to check relevant rules and regulations before we guide you.
Once you have a personal meeting with us and once we confirm that you would be eligible for a visa application, you may proceed to the third step by deciding to go ahead and retaining us for the full visa application services. If you are applying for full-time studies overseas, you may need to take one more intermediate step of securing the admission to an educational institute.
We usually charge half the fees at the time of signup with us and remaining half would be payable when we are ready with the completed application forms.
Once you pay half of our fees, we will start working on your application and would also provide you required inputs for visa application by way of counseling and coaching.
Once your visa application is approved, we will provide you general information about the country you will going to and also help you with preparations for travel and final take off.
In case, if your visa application is refused for some reason, we will try and see if an appeal can be filed or if a request for reconsideration can be made. We do not undertake appeal cases however our partners HSMP Services Limited can refer your case to a very good team of solicitors and barristers who can represent you in front of Appellate Tribunal.
Our initial consulting fee is Rs.1,500-00 and we are offering 50% off as of now on the initial consulting fee.
